Payment

We accept Instant Money Transfer (Preferred), Major Credit Cards and e-Checks via Paypal.
When you pay by e-Checks, it will take 4 to 5 business days to be cleared.

For orders by phone, we accept Visa and Master Card.

We will process orders within the following schedule;

·  Orders between Monday - Wednesday: Thursday Shipping

·  Orders between Thursday - Sunday: Monday Shipping
If the shipping day is a holiday, orders will be processed on the following business day.
Our business hours for Internet Orders are;
        Monday - Friday : 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PST
Orders received after 4:00 p.m. PST may be processed on next business day.

* We take phone calls Monday - Friday : 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST
                           and Saturday : 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. PST

Shipping

We ship to 48 States with FedEx "Priority Overnight". It is usually delivered by 10:30 a.m. the next business day to most cities.
The package includes dry ice or ice packs to keep the items cold.
* We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and other areas outside of the 48 States.

If you need Same-Day Handling (order needs to be placed by 11:00 a.m. PST), Saturday Delivery, Gift Packing or other special handling,
please call us at 425-646-5129 (ask for Internet Order) or e-mail us.

* Higher Rate will apply for special handling.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are set by the % of your order price as follows;

·  $50.00 ~ $99.99 - 45% of total purchase

·  $100.00 ~ $149.99 - 37% of total purchase

·  $150.00 ~ $229.99 - 29% of total purchase

·  $230.00 ~ - 23% of total purchase

Free Delivery for Seattle Area Customers

For Free Delivery, please write "Free Delivery" and provide your phone number in the comment box of your payment via Paypal. It will charge you the shipping fee automatically, however, we will refund the amount to your Paypal account after confirming your address.
We also take orders by phone. Simply tell us it's "Internet Order in Seattle Area" and you can pay by Visa or Master Card.
Delivery days are Tuesday and Friday. You can not chose the time. (Usually in the afternoon)
We will leave the package at your door if nobody is home. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in that case. Please also note that we are not responsible for the products' quality change caused by your absence.
